The Wimbledon Community Improvement Corporation serves to help secure our future. Through local involvement, the WCIC has helped to establish rental housing, and the following businesses: grocery store/cafe, grain elevator, automotive repair and parts. 

The Wimbledon Business Standards group is comprised of local business owners and managers. They meet every month to exchange ideas and plan business and community promotional efforts. In addition to this web site they also sponsor an information business sign to announce local events or advertise your business.

Wimbledon is located only 30 miles north east of Jamestown, ideally suited for those who may be looking to locate in a small town and commute to work. Our well kept city provides the security and ease of small town life along with a strong business community, an excellent school system and 3 local Churches to chose from.

The residents and organized area groups extend a warm welcome to people or businesses exploring our area for possible relocation.
